The Ecological Reserve "Sebastião Meimberg Porto" is located in northwest São Paulo, in the municipality of Icém (São Paulo State). The area has 80.46 hectares and is located in a Cerrado/Atlantic Forest transition zone, thus, presenting species from both biomes. The present work provides a list of species that make up the flora of the forest fragment, surveyed over three years of collections in the area. Altogether, 224 species of angiosperms were surveyed, distributed in 70 families, with the highest species richness being: Fabaceae (23 spp.), Asteraceae (17 spp.), and Malvaceae (12 spp.). Among the sampled species, Roupala sculpta Sleumer (Proteaceae) stands out for being classified under the EN – Endangered threat level. The floristic survey provides subsidy for establishing management and protection plans for the studied area, as well as for future reforestation work.
